- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I arrived at 8:30 am yesterday after checking the web-site for the correct opening time. Closed, they don't open until 9:00. I returned at 9:30 only to discover the system was down. What a waste of time and gas! I called this morning twice after waiting 6:21 min and 6:19 min only to be hung up on both times, by the supervisor at the office according to the taped message.
