- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆There are a lot of GREAT people here! Sadly, there have also been more than one inexperienced person at the drive through who did not know what they were and were not allowed to do without making us go inside. One of them was really rude, complete with rolling her eyes at me and saying that in order for my daughter to get money from her child's account (which also had my name on it and for which I had my driver's license), I would have to bring her birth certificate and another form of identification for her. After I left the drive through I called the branch and told them abut that experience. They apologized and assured me that she would be educated. The next time we went to the bank, this woman was still working the drive through. I understand people aren't going to know everything in a new position- that's why I requested both the ladies who did not have experience, ask someone. They refused. Hence, I'm keeping my bank account elsewhere despite the higher interest rates and the kids are planning to move their's as well.By Heather Wallace, January 25, 2017
